Virginia Creek, Hampstead - Click on an image to see larger view: This residence is located in the Virginia Creek area of Hampstead, North Carolina in Pender County. This 5,500 square foot personal residence features several additional structures which were contracted and constructed after the home was completed. These structures include: a detached indoor pool house, five-stall barn, green house and potting shed, gazebo, and a dock for personal water access. All of the construction projects contracted by Elite Developers for this client were completed while the homeowners were residing out of state, making frequent visits throughout the process.
