Throughout the years of custom construction projects undertaken by Elite Developers, many clients have elected to include or add an outdoor living area to their home. In recent years outdoor living projects have surged in popularity and are increasing to do so. This is particularly true in south-eastern North Carolina, our primary area of operations.
