We established Elite Developers as a custom home building company and this is still our primary concentration. We are intimately engaged in every aspect of the construction process from the client’s initial consideration to build, until the home is completed and contract is fulfilled. We stand by our work well beyond what is considered “standard” in the construction industry, and invite clients to contact us with concerns long after project completion. We have maintained close relationships with all of our customers, many of whom still contact us for further construction projects for themselves, their family, and friends.

Elite Developers has operated in south-eastern North Carolina in New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, Onslow, and Duplin counties for over two decades, owing its success to a satisfied customer base. Our reputation for quality construction was spread throughout the area strictly by word of mouth.
