Anthony Migliara
President of Elite Developers Inc.

I was born on Long Island New York in 1955. Attended William Floyd High School and graduated in 1973. Worked as a carpenter during the summer of 1972 and full time after graduating High School in 1973. Attending Harry Lunberg school in piney point Maryland in 1978. I was employed as a Merchant Marine from 1978 to 1981. I traveled the world for 3 years and worked construction on my time off from the ships. Married my High School sweet heart in 1981. Became self employed in 1981 as a interior finish carpenter and an exterior siding installer. My wife and I have one son who graduated from UNC Wilmington this year with a degree in Political Science. We have lived in Wilmington, NC for the last 21 years enjoying the coastal community. I have coached football at Trask Middle School for 4 years and the High School level for seven. I presently coach at Laney high School. I enjoy driving classic cars and attending classic car shows. I also enjoy activities such as snow boarding, skiing, playing softball,gardening, camping and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy the construction business tremendously. It is very rewarding to see a completed end product and knowing I have a very happy customer.

I was born in 1956 and raised on Long Island, NY. I have been married for 29 years to my high school sweetheart. We have 1 daughter who graduated from UNC-W with a degree in criminal justice and sociology. Out of high school as a printer for 5 years and started working in the construction field in the early 80's. We moved to Wilmington, NC in 1989. I enjoy snowboarding, skiing, playing softball, camping, gardening and spending time with family and friends. My biggest enjoyment is building houses and making dreams come true for our clients.
