Elite Developers, Inc., is a quality home building company that has been in business for 23 years. We would like to introduce ourselves to you. The company has two owners, myself, Tony Migliara and my partner Jeffrey Lefebvre. We have worked together as general contractors since the establishment of the company, and have extensive experience in every aspect of new home construction. Elite Developers; success is due to our dedication and knowledge in building quality homes of which we are very proud.
We began our company in Eastern Long Island in 1984. The company then relocated to North Carolina in 1988, completing a total of over 350 homes. The vast majority were custom homes built primarily in New Hanover county, Pender county and surrounding Brunswick, Onslow and Duplin counties.. Our reputation and rapport with our customers speaks volumes of our dedication to constructing a well built home. A long list of references from prior clients offers proof of satisfaction.
That which sets Elite Developers apart from our competition is our presence on every job, an intensive hands on approach; and our adherence to a strict code of excellence in the construction of our projects. Jeffrey and I perform in most areas of construction including framing, installing cabinetry, doing trim work, installing interior doors and windows, building exterior decks, and putting up exterior siding. Many of our sub-contractors , electrical, plumbing, and drywall have been with us for several years. We build every Elite Developers home as if it were our own.
We have built four custom homes in the River Landing community. The most recent one being built for Mr. and Mrs. Turk, who presently reside in Virginia and are eager to live in their new home. It would be our pleasure to meet with potential customers and continue building in this fine community and other surrounding areas.
